

I've worked on numerous AI and conversational design projects for Alexa, Microsoft, Verizon, Samsung and a few other companies. For Alexa, I actually wrote the responses for a particular skill, and worked with UX and development teams to ensure the decision trees anticipated user interactions while providing the most natural and conversational responses possible. In terms of artificial intelligence, I worked on an AI platform powered by Microsoft, and it was a huge undertaking as we built the AI from scratch. I worked closely with UX, BAs and developers to anticipate user utterances and provided the responses as well, helping to train the AI and provide the desired responses. For Verizon and a few other brands, I had the opportunity to do much of the same, as well as overseeing the overall voice and tone of Verizon's support bot to make sure it aligned with the overall Verizon brand voice. I can't show the actual conversation flows or guides on my site, but I'm happy to show you some work in person, as well as tell you more about how we went about each project and the impact it had on the user experience.
