Audi needed someone who could understand and write in their brand's voice. So I was brought in to do just that. I worked as the Creative Director and Director of Content, overseeing all copy and content that went up onto AudiUSA.com.
I worked with our strategists, content strategists, design and UX teams to revamp what content was created and how it appeared on the site for the 2017 model year vehicles.
As a result, AudiUSA.com enjoyed a record jump in the J.D. Power MWES ranking from #30 to #20 in just 8 months, and to #13 in another 6 months — the highest ranking ever for AudiUSA.com.
