Audi needed someone who could understand and write in their brand's voice. I was brought in to do just that as the ACD and Director of Content on AudiUSA.com. I oversaw a team of copywriters and even wrote a few pages myself.
I worked with our strategists, content strategists, design and UX teams to revamp the content and how it appeared on the site for 2016 model year vehicles.
As a result, AudiUSA.com enjoyed a record jump in the J.D. Power MWES ranking from #30 to #20 in just 8 months, and to #13 in another 6 months — the highest ranking ever for AudiUSA.com.
